How to Pay
your HOA dues
If you prefer to make your HOA dues payment electronically and avoid using the physical coupons, you can visit our HOA management website. There, you can either opt for a QUICK PAYMENT option by using the account number which you can find on the coupon or create an account for future payments. Recreational opportunities abound
Lakeridge is a community that offers fantastic opportunities for an active lifestyle. On the southeast corner of the community, you can find two well-lit tennis courts. If you're a resident, you can obtain a key for the courts from either security or the association manager. Next to the courts, there's a half-court basketball area and a playground for children. Moreover, there's a dog park located behind the courts so your furry friend can also stay active. Many residents enjoy walking or jogging around the one-mile tree-lined streets and the community park. It's a favorite activity among residents.
Swimming and water sports
North and South Pools
The community boasts two amazing pools, one on each end. It's important to note that there isn't a lifeguard on duty, so parents need to supervise their children at all times. The pools come equipped with shelters, restrooms, patio tables, and lounge chairs. But, it's important to remember that cooking isn't allowed in the pool areas.Â
The crown jewel of our community is our lake. We ask that you enjoy it responsibly and help us maintain its pristine condition. The community dock, located by the south pool, is perfect for relaxing or fishing. However, please keep in mind that the community isn't responsible for unattended boats left moored to the dock. Lastly, swimming in the lake is at your own risk.

All visitors must register with guard.
Cameras for security are monitored 24/7.
